Questions and answers
What is the difference between the subscription and the source package?
With the subscription we run and update the system for you and you pay monthly. The source package is a one-time purchase that runs on your own server, with your data only there and no limits.
How do I add it to my site?
You paste one line of code before the closing body tag. It works on any site, including WordPress, Shopify and custom builds.
Which languages does the widget speak?
Turkish, English, German, Russian, Arabic and Azerbaijani; every text can be edited for every language.
Can my logged-in members be recognised?
Yes. Your server signs the member number, and the panel shows the agent a verified member with name and e-mail. Unsigned data is never treated as a member.
Can I see it working first?
